Description:

Experienced Sous/Crew chef required for 70m private yacht. Cooking for 18 crew. Salary on offer is €4,000 pcm. Annual salary review. 60 days holiday per year with option to take further unpaid leave subject to yacht itinerary. Applicants must have STCW, ENG1, PSDS, Food Hygiene Level 3. Ship’s Cook Certificate highly advantageous. Start date ideally ASAP joining the yacht in Balearics, Spain. Candidates must have experience of a good level of catering and comfortable and familiar with provisioning for 18 persons daily. The cuisine would largely be fresh Mediterranean with a mix of British and Asian. Cruising Mediterranean summer 2022 and winter Caribbean 2023. World cruising thereafter. Male applicants only please due to cabin arrangements. Priority given to fully vaccinated candidates.
