Looking for a strong captain with experience building and maintaining a successful charter program: itinerary planning, guest relations, financial reporting, etc. Fluid communication required between owners and management as well as strong computer skills. This program will use a cloud database to be updated frequently. Mechanically minded; engine room maintenance & troubleshooting capabilities a must. Easy-going personality with ability to juggle charters and private dual family program (very nice/reasonable owners). Knowledge of New England waters (from NYC to Maine) as well as South Florida and the Bahamas. Looking for a personable, professional, self-starter who is confident in running all aspects of the program (boat maintenance, crew management, fiscally responsible).
