A 38m S/Y is looking for a strong sailor to join for at least 3 months starting mid to end of May. With a busy season ahead you need to have worked in a similar role before and be able to slot in with ease. The plan is to cruise Med/ Baltic before crossing back to the Caribbean. You need to be comfortable with all aspects of running the deck and using all sails including spinnakers. There is a deckhand when off trip so when the boss is on you must be happy to do the maintenance, cleaning and prep on your own with assistance from the Captain when possible.
