A unique, high performance 65m S/Y is looking for a first officer to join their fast paced and exciting program. Their upcoming itinerary includes San Diego, Alaska, and NZ for September 2022. Alongside cruising off the beaten track, they also participate in regattas such as the St Barths Bucket. The first officer will be leading a deck team of 5 and needs to have extensive sailing experience on large and performance yachts. Racing experience will be advantageous, and they should have some good ocean miles under their belt. Proven longevity in previous roles is also important. This could also be suitable for candidates who have run smaller boats. A B1B2 is also preferential. The start date is flexible but would ideally be available to join for the end of April or into May in San Diego. This is a truly exciting and great opportunity to join a a world class sailing yacht.
