Can be someone who is keen to step up. Mini ISM. 8 crew. It is a learning role and training/leadership role. Someone who is new and keen to learn. Patience and direction and good communications. On deck - Mate, deck/engr and stew/deck. FLL based in between Bahamas charters. Maybe New England next summer. This July/Aug engine work in FLL. Winter TBD. Salary DOE but we have a range and insurance. Back in FLL 25/26 Apr then gone again 6/7 May for 3 more charters.
